Sony Tv’s show Indian Idol is one of the most loved singing reality show of the small screen for years now. Year after year, India chooses a their favourite singing sensation on this platform. This time its the ninth season of Indian Idol and we are just a few episodes away from the grand finale. This weekend, Anushka Sharma will come on to the sets of the singing reality show to promote her upcoming film, Phillauri. The actress has already shot for the episode and had a blast on the sets of Indian Idol 9 with contestants and the judges; Sonu Nigam, Farah Khan and Anu Malik.
The actress came on the sets of Indian Idol 9 on Tuesday and danced along with the contestants on stage. She was having a gala time listening to the performances of the contestants. But that’s not all the actress also obliged to a fan’s request for her rumoured beau Virat Kohli. Malavika, the only female finalist on Indian Idol 9 confessed that she is huge fan of Virat Kohli and that she loves him immensely. Malavika performed on Girls Like to Swing, which was picturised on Anushka Sharma in Dil Dhadakne Do. After her performance, she revealed that she has a crush on Virat and that she is a big fan of him. The 28-year-old hottie promised Malavika to pass on her message. Anushka and Virat decided to keep their relationship low key after they reconciled after a highly debated separation. The two meet each other in secret and avoid talking about each other in media. However, this time Anushka broke the convention and warmly accepted a fan’s message for her loverboy.
