Jimmy Fallon and the entire internet were amazed following singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh’s spectacular performance on The Tonight Show. For those who don’t know, the renowned singer debuted on the late-night talk show. Seen in an embroidered half-sleeve kurta with matching lungi, tehmat and black and white high-ankle sneakers, Diljit completed his suave look. He accentuated it further with silver hoop earrings, black-tinted aviators, a black vest, a kadha, and a white turban. He certainly lit up the stage with his desi moves and bhangra.
Diljit Dosanjh’s ascent to stardom has been nothing short of extraordinary. He broke down barriers between cultures in 2023 when he became the first-ever South Asian musician to play as the main act at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Speaking about his work, Diljit Dosanjh starred with Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon in Rhea Kapoor’s ‘The Crew.’ This year, he also played a pivotal role in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Amar Singh Chamkila,’ which starred Parineeti Chopra. The singer-actor gave two performances at the 2023 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California.
With top songs like ‘Proper Patola,’ ‘Do You Know,’ and ‘Patiala Peg,’ among others, Diljit Dosanjh rose to fame. He has also appeared in a number of Punjabi movies. ‘Lover‘ and ‘Vibe’ are two of his other notable singles.
