According to a Pakistani news anchor, Irrfan Khan was spotted watching England vs Pakistan test match at Lords. Zainab Abbas, a female sports anchor from Pakistan shared the picture of Irrfan on her Twitter handle. As per her, the picture of the Piku actor was originally shared by Furqan Bhatti who works as a cameraman for a news website. The actor was suffering from Neuro Endocrine Tumor which is why he left the country for further treatment.

The person in the picture does seem like Irrfan but we cannot confirm about the same as the actor has been undergoing treatment until recently. And it is a little doubtful if he chooses to watch a match at a crowded place. But even if it is Khan, we are extremely happy to see the actor hale and hearty. Take a look at Irrfan’s pictures from the match that have gone viral below:

Recently filmmaker Shoojit Sircar revealed that he would be working with Irrfan Khan on a film that will go on floors by the end of this year. The director also revealed that Irrfan is doing well and is responding well to treatment. The film will be based on the life of Udham Singh. While talking to Mumbai Mirror, Sircar recently said, “I’ve been speaking to both Irrfan and his wife (Sutapa Sikdar), he’s responding well to the treatment and trying to cope with the knowledge that he’s battling NeuroEndocrine tumour by treating the recuperation in Europe like a short and unexpected holiday. I’m planning to visit him next month. We hope to roll by the year-end, but will wait till Irrfan is ready to shoot. He’s one of our finest actors and a dear friend.”
