Dharmendra’s daughter, Esha Deol, in her latest Instagram post, slammed the media’s overdriven enthusiasm for veteran actors’ worsening health conditions. Esha penned, “The media seems to be in overdrive and spreading false news. My father is stable and recovering.” She further penned, “We request everyone to give our family privacy. Thank you for the prayers for Papa’s speedy recovery. Esha Deol.”

For the unversed, Dharmendra was rushed to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on 10 November 2025. According to media reports, Dharmendra was rushed to Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he was kept on a ventilator. Hours later, Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Govinda, Aand meesha Patel arrived at Breach Candy’s Hospital to see the deteriorating health condition of the veteran actor.
According to the latest developments, Dharmendra’s wife, Hema Malini, slammed the media channels for reportedly running death news about her husband. On X, Hema wrote, “What is happening is unforgivable! How can responsible channels spread false news about a person who is responding to treatment and is recovering? This is being extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. Please give due respect to the family and its need for privacy.”
