Salman Khan will be finally seen as a 'father' after 19 long years!

It’s 2017 and all the Bollywood stars are set to bring in their newest films for their fans! Amid this the most anticipated movie is of Bollywood’s one of the favourite bhai Salman Khan! So you must be already knowing about Salman’s upcoming film ‘Tubelight’ with a young beautiful Chinese actress Zhu Zhu. But do you know that Salman has one more movie in his store where he will be playing a father of a thirteen year old girl? Yes, Salman Khan recently confirmed that he will be seen in a new film that will have him as a dad of a young girl.

Okay, so this is not the first time Salman Khan is playing a dad. We all saw him as a cool yet careless daddy in Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai in 1998. Sallu looked handsome as hell in the movie and was just too cute when he played a dad to young Aditya Narayan. The movie showed him a casanova, careless and irresponsible person who has to take care of his own kid he had from one of his girlfriends!

But now, this is not the case, Salman has already crossed the age of 50 and will be doing a role of a doting father and that too of a teen girl! While talking about this, Salman said, ” I played a father in Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai when I was in my 30s. I’ve been there and done that. And in my next film, I’m playing the father to a 13-year-old girl. It’s a film about dancing. Like the Hollywood Step Up franchise. I’m going to be a properly trained dancer. You know how painful that is? Sultan was also painful, ” as per the reports by Pinkvilla.

So is Salman bhai going to transform himself like his buddy Aamir recently did for Dangal? Talking about his fitness and diet, he informed, ” I had to lose 18 kilos of muscle. I’m not into diets. I eat ghar ka khana. And I don’t eat for taste. As soon as I’ve got my proteins and carbs, I leave the table. So, to lose 18 kilos of muscle was the most difficult thing on the earth. But I’ve always believed that effortless hard work should be seen onscreen. And that’s what I’ve been doing from Wanted to Sultan.” Well, we must say that Salman has definitely been a fitness goal for many of teh guys out there until now!

Salman Khan also further added that age is not the barrier to perform any role. We also haven’t seen him doing character roles. Why so? On this he reasoned, ”  don’t see myself doing character roles. So what if I’m 51? Stallone is still Rocky and Rambo at 70. Filmmaking is the most beautiful industry. We sell dreams. Why shouldn’t I live mine?”

Finally, we will see the handsome ‘Bodyguard’ doing the roles that of his real age! Till now we saw him romancing Katrina Kaif, Sonakshi Sinha, Anushka Sharma, Jacqueline Fernandez and many such actresses who are much younger than him. Now with this film, may be we will see some changes in the type of films he chooses to do!
