According to reports, Nakuul Mehta‘s Ishqbaaaz will see a huge development as Bollywood actress and former Miss India Sangeeta Bijlani is all set to make her television debut with Ishqbaaaz. The actress will be seen playing a cameo on the show. Sangeeta started her Bollywood career with a lead role in Qatil (1988) and shot to fame with the multi-starrer blockbuster action film Tridev. After wowing us with her performance on the big screen, the actress will now make a debut on the small screen. Isn’t that an exciting news?

Sangeeta will essay the character of a conniving businesswoman on Ishqbaaz. With her entry on the show, the story will explore fresh angles. When an online entertainment contacted the lead actress Surbhi Chandna to confirm the new, the actress told Bollywood Life, “Yes, even I am hearing the rumours but nothing has been informed to us. So, I cannot confirm the speculations. But if she is really on board, it is a huge thing for us. We will be damn excited.” Wow, that’s indeed a great news.

Also there is a buzz that Sangeeta’s entry on the show will rake up Anika’s (essayed by Surbhi Chandna) past, creating problems between Shivaay (essayed by Nakuul) Anika. In the coming episodes, fans may probably see Sangeeta’s character to create a dent in Shivaay and Anika’s relationship as the actress will discover that Shivaay has killed her parents and therefore, their married life will suffer.
