The ceremonies of Priyanka and Ranveer have begun in the episode of Ishqbaaz 09 March 2017. Kamini asks the married couples to bless Priyanka. Janvi and Tej bless Priyanka. Janvi asks Anika and Shivaay to bless Priyanka. Kamini objects and tells them that Shivaay is married to Tia Kapoor so she doesn’t consider Anika and Shivaay to be married. Kamini doesn’t want to bring any bad luck to the relationship of Ranveer and Priyanka. Kamini tells them that this is how the tradition and Shivaay must understand this. Rudra, Janvi, and Om oppose Kamini, but Kamini leaves it on Shivaay to decide. Daksh flashes his phone to Shivaay and reminds him of Priyanka’s photo with the baby. Shivaay asks Anika to go in the room. Kamini objects the secret marriage of Shivaay and Anika. Anika gets upset but obeys Shivaay and leaves. Daksh gets happy.
Anika leaves and Shivaay is also about to leave. Kamini asks Shivaay to bless Priyanka and he reminds her that tradition is performed by married couples and how could he do it without Anika.
In Shivaay’s room, Anika is sitting on the couch. Shivaay enters the room and Anika questions him if he feel small stand beside her. Anika complains Shivaay for not accepting her as his wife. She recalls that their marriage was a compulsion and he is free to leave the marriage. Anika expresses Shivaay that she felt hurt when he didn’t take a stand for her and asked her to leave. Anika tells Shivaay that she forgot that she is not a part of his family and that is why he never takes his side. Anika questions Shivaay that why is she still in the house, if they do not have any relationship between them. Anika tells Shivaay that she got hurt what Kamini said but that is the fact and she cannot deny. Anika feels broken in side. Shivaay tells her that he values their relationship. Anika questions him why he doesn’t respect his relationship in public. Shivaay promises her that he will never repeat this. Pinky is seen surprised as Kamini has introduced so many new customs in the marriage of Ranveer and Priyanka. In the upcoming ceremony, Priyanka is supposed to wear jewelry made of flowers. Anika is taking care of all the preparation. Her dress gets stuck and Shivaay helps her to release it from the piece of decoration. Anika gives a cold look and leaves. Shivaay’s phone rings. Shivaay has hired men who are making sure that Daksh doesn’t reach Oberoi mansion for the next ceremony.
Anika is busy with the preparation and Janvi asks her to join the family, but Anika tells her that she will join them after she finishes her work. Shakti also asks Anika to join as the ceremony is about to begin but Anika makes an excuse. The ceremony has begun and everyone has started giving gifts to Priyanka and Ranveer.
