Love is in air in Ishqbaaz. Though, its been long that Anika and Shivaay are married to each other but they were never in love. Even if they had feelings for each other, they never expressed it. But now they both know that they love each other. Shivaay and Anika have openly expressed their love for each other and they have risen to the next level of their married life.
The married life of Shivaay and Anika started as a compromise. There was a huge difference between the status of Shivaay and Anika. Anika belongs to a middle class family and Shivaay is a rich business tycoon. It was not easy for both of them to overcome the hurdle of status as their marriage was totally based on compromise.
Time passed and they started liking each other but they never accepted their feelings. Both of them are very much egoistic and were often seen arguing. Because Shivaay is a rich man, it is obvious that girls will try to woo him for his money. Tia did the same. She wanted to marry Shivaay for his money. She made a lot of plans against Anika and Shivaay to separate them. Tia even claimed Shivaay to be the father of her baby. It was not easy for Anika and Shivaay to expose Tia. Anika and Shivaay along with Rudra and Om played a game in which Anika pretended to have lost her memory. It was difficult but not impossible to expose Tia.
It seems like Shivaay and Anika needed some external forces to accept their love for each other. They didn’t even accept their feelings after Tia left their lives. Shivaay would have never accepted Anika to be his wife if Daksh would not have entered their lives. It was due to Daksh that Shivaay got the courage to accept Anika as his wife in the front of the media. Though, Daksh didn’t enter their lives to unite them. Daksh forced Shivaay to tell the media that Anika is his mistress but he just didn’t say it. Then Daksh kept on telling the media that Anika was supposed to marry him. As Shivaay is a rich man, Anika got greedy and she started living with him as his mistress. Shivaay couldn’t tolerate that Anika’s was being humiliated like this and he openly accepted that Anika is his wife. This certainly opens a new chapter in the love story of Anika and Shivaay.
