A new chapter has begun in the married life of Anika and Shivaay in Ishqbaaz. Anika and Shivaay’s married life began as a compromise. Shivaay was supposed to get married to Tia for his business profits but couldn’t marry her as Tia ran away on the day of their marriage. Anika was the wedding planner for Shivaay’s wedding. To save the reputation of the Oberoi family, Anika was compelled to marry Shivaay. and the other truth was that Daksh was engaged with Anika. Daksh used to be Shivaay’s best friend and he proposed Anika during the wedding of Shivaay and Tia. Daksh was engaged to Anika but then Anika got married to Shivaay.
Anika and Shivaay thought that their marriage will be a temporary affair and they will soon get divorced. Anika belongs to a middle class family whereas Shivaay is a business tycoon. Their standards and thoughts didn’t match since day one of their marriage. They were often seen arguing and fighting with each other. Time passed and they didn’t even realise that they developed feelings for each other. Both of them gradually started enjoying each other’s company but they never accepted their feelings for each other.
Daksh and Tia tried to create issues in Anika and Shivaay’s life. Daksh tried to create misunderstanding by telling Shivaay that Anika slept with her and then he tried to kill her. Shivaay saved Anika and that was the beginning of their love story. Later, Tia also tried to create a lot of misunderstandings between them, but none of the plans of Tia worked. Rather, her plans helped Shivaay and Anika to get even closer and trustworthy towards each other.
Once again, Daksh has entered their lives. He has openly challenged Shivaay to separate him from Anika. Daksh is seen blackmailing Shivaay about revealing Priyanka’s pregnancy. Initially, Shivaay stood helpless as Kamini and Daksh kept on humiliating and insulting Anika. Kamini invited media to one of the functions of Priyanka and Ranveer. The media questioned Shivaay about his relationship with Anika. Daksh openly humiliated Anika by calling her ‘mistress’ of Shivaay. He kept on repeating it again and again until Shivaay could not tolerate it anymore. Finally, Shivaay accepted Anika to be his wife. He was not scared of any consequences now. Daksh was about to reveal the truth of Priyanka but Ranveer punched him and asked his policemen to arrest him. Now Anika has also accepted her feelings to Shivaay and a new phase in their life has begun. Stay tuned to see if Anika and Shivaay’s married life is going to be smooth or not.
