Actor Olga Kurylenko, who was tested positive for the coronavirus, says she has completely recovered eight days after she went public with her diagnosis. In a long post made on Instagram, the James Bond actor revealed how her symptoms aggravated in the initial days of the diagnosis and now everything seems to settle in. Olga said there were days when she used to sleep with high fever and an unbearable headache. Later, as the days passed, she battled with fatigue and cough and now, she has completely recovered and is spending time with her son. Olga posted a beautiful photo of herself in which she is seen relaxing on a jute chair in front of a fireplace with her son relaxing in her lap. The actor is seen wearing a mask as a precaution to fight the disease. Her Instagram post read, “Happy Mother’s Day! #mothersday P.S. I have completely recovered 🙏 To recapitulate: For one week I felt pretty bad and was mostly in bed, sleeping, with high fever and strong headache. The second week, the fever was gone but some light cough appeared and I felt very tired. By the end of the second week I felt totally fine. Cough is almost gone although I still cough in the mornings but then it completely goes away for the day! I’m fine! It was on March 16 that Olga made a post announcing she had contracted the deadly coronavirus. The actor mentioned that she was asked to practice self-isolation until she recovers. Olga made a long post on Instagram announcing the news and also urging all to stay safe and not take the disease lightly.
The number of celebrities infected from the coronavirus increased in the last few days. Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson were the first celebrities who went public with their diagnoses. They were followed by Olga, Game of Thrones stars Kristofer Hivju and Indira Varma, Daniel Dae Kim, Frozen 2 actor Rachel Matthews, Broadway actor Aaron Tveit and Idris Elba-Sabrina Elba among others.
