Ahead of its release, the makers are making sure that the excitement for the film is very much alive and so they have unveiled a new poster featuring the man himself, in a much intense look. Lately, reports had suggested that the film has been postponed once again. As per the latest reports, the makers will soon start promoting the film in the next few days. It goes without saying that fans have huge expectations pinned on the film and trade analysts are expecting a huge Box office opening of the film. This is the second film of Thalaiva in which he is collaborating with filmmaker Pa Ranjith. The film is going to have a multi lingual release. In the film Rajinikanth is reportedly essaying the role of a gangster from Dharavi. The makers of Kaala organised a grand audio launch of the film earlier this month at YMCA grounds in Chennai amid a huge audience who were present. The film also stars Nana Patekar, Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi and Samuthirakani in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Rajinikanth’s son-in-law, Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films. The music of the film is composed by Santhosh Narayanan.
