Kajol reveals having problems in her marriage with Ajay, ‘Whatever complaints I had…’

However, recently, when the actress broke her silence on battling some challenges in her married life, we got to know that even their relationship hasn’t always been smooth sailing.

Yes, we are talking about Bollywood’s celebrated couple Kajol and Ajay Devgan. Recently, in an interview, Kajol opened up about the challenges she faced in her marriage with Ajay. She revealed some struggles that she faced initially. However, she also added that now the problems are resolved between the duo with understanding and communication. “I don’t have any complaints. Whatever complaints I had, we have resolved them, and they are way in the past.” She said. She even emphasised how all relationship goes through some challenges, but it’s all about how one resolves a situation that makes the bond stronger.

Kajol and Ajay have been married for 26 years now. They first met on the set of Hulchul, which came out in the year 1995. The duo was dating for a few years, and in 1999, they tied the knot. Over the years, they have both appeared in several films together. They also have two kids – Nysa Devgan and Yug Devgan.

Speaking about the initial challenges in their relationship, Kajol revealed that she had a hard time adapting to Ajay’s busy shooting schedule. Ajay would be busy with work and be away for weeks, which created emotional distance between the two. However, she later revealed that it’s a part of life and that she appreciates his dedication. “He is so passionate about his work”, “his dedication has also made him the successful man that he is today”, she said.

She further revealed that even after so many years of marriage, the two have to maintain a balance between work and personal life. She laughingly said, “Sometimes it felt nice that he was away, and sometimes I wished he was home”.

On the work front, Kajol is all geared up wth her upcoming film Maa. This Vishal Furia film will also feature Indraneil Sengupta, Rituraj Singh, and Sushmita Dey. Fans are eagerly waiting to witness Kajol’s power-packed performance on screen.
