Actress Kajol has always been straightforward when it comes to answering questions on any topic, whether it be on the reel life or real life. With the release of her movie Helicopter Eela, in which she plays the lead role and which is based on a single mother, the obvious question about parenting in real life popped up. Kajol is a doting mother to her two kids, Nysa and Yug, who she says are very smart and have more knowledge about certain topics than she does.

In an exclusive interview with BollywoodLife.com, Kajol, who is married to actor Ajay Devgn, was asked what she has learnt about parenting after being one for many years. The star gave a very candid reply to the question.

“It has taught me that my kids are very smart. They know a lot more on certain topics than I do, definitely. They are really cool, level-headed and down to earth. In a pinch, I would definitely take their opinion over anybody else’s,” Kajol was quoted as saying.

On how she deals with their social media usage, and if she has any rules about what they can or cannot do, Kajol said, “They have Do’s and Don’ts about social media and I don’t live up to that. No two ways about it. Both of them are like ‘What are you doing?’ But my son clicks some lovely pictures of me. He is my official photographer. Mine and Nysa’s both.”
