This is Kapil Sharma vs Sunil Grover 2.0 and we can only imagine this to get more heated and interesting than ever before. After parting ways following a verbal feud last year, comedians Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma moved on – one to newer shows and the other to his second Hindi film – Firangi. Kapil Sharma however is all set to be back on the small screen with ‘Family Time With Kapil Sharma‘. Fans have been anticipating a reconciliation between the two comedy stars who regaled them together. And both Kapil and Sunil at various occasions made media and fans feel that they were past the past and would not mind working together in the future.
This was the time then when the two could reunite for FTWKS. However, Sunil’s recent tweet has left everyone wondering and confused. And all eyes have been on Kapil. During the promotions of Firangi, the actor-performer maintained that he would love to work with Sunil again and would definitely reach out to him when he makes a TV comeback. When India.com had met Kapil, he had said that he would definitely call Sunil and speak to him once the show concept is locked and had also confessed that he was worried and anxious thinking about ‘what if Sunil says no.’
As per Sunil’s tweet, he has received no call from Kapil and even though he had been waiting, he has now decided to sign up another show. In his post, Sunil said, “Bhai aap jaise kuch aur log bhi mujhse same poochte hain. Lekin mujhe iss show ke liye Koi call nahin aaya. Mera phone number bhi same hai. Intezar kar Ke ab maine kuch aur sign kar liya kal. Aap logon ki duaon se ek achhe project Ke sath juda hoon. Jaldi aapke samne Aata hoon.”
A new twist in this came to fore when Kapil tweeted back to Sunil and revealed that he in fact called him a 100 times.
“Paji I called u more then 100 times n came to ur house to meet u twice .. every time u were out for some show n all .. pls don’t spread rumors that I didn’t call u,” read Kapil’s tweet. One is lying and we don’t know who it is as yet since Sunil is yet to react. But what we know is that the two stars are yet again ready to take their fight public, this time on social media platform.

And Kapil didn’t stop at that, he even told Sunil that he knows the people who are working behind him and said, “trust me .. u will get nothing .. take care.” He also declared that whatever turn this situation takes – good, bad or ugly, it will all be on Twitter, “Ab saari baat Twitter pe hogi.. nothing personal .. bahut ho gaya.” Kapil got a lot of support from his fans who wanted to know what really happened and he was only happy to answer all queries and clear his side. In a chat with a follower, Kapil said, “Yes I love him.. but sometimes it hurts u a lot ..when u do a lot of hard work for somebody n he just want fame on ur name .. abhi qyun bola ? Ek saal ke baad ?.” He maintained again that Sunil is lying and that he called him 100 times and “sent my people to his home .. even I went to his home to meet him for the show .. but now I will not let anybody take any advantage on my name .. enough is enough.”
Kapil has put all the blame on Sunil now and has announced that he doesn’t need any support from him and that he should stop spreading rumors. “Log bahut advantage le jaate hain,” were Kapil’s words to one of the fans clearly underlining how Sunil is just using him.
