Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan knows how to balance stardom with simplicity, and her latest social media posts are proof. The actor, who is currently enjoying a quiet New Year getaway with husband Saif Ali Khan and their sons Taimur and Jeh, shared a few candid moments that instantly melted hearts online. Far from glamour and red carpets, these pictures showed a softer, more personal side of the Kapoor household.
A sweet train moment that caught attention
Kareena took to Instagram to share two relaxed photos from her holiday. The first image was clicked inside a train and showed her younger son Jeh sitting comfortably in a red jacket, his face hidden under a hoodie. While the little one’s face wasn’t visible, his tiny hands gave him away instantly. Adding a playful caption, Kareena wrote, “Who’s that boy on the train?” along with a heart emoji, a simple line that fans found incredibly endearing.
The photo felt warm, unfiltered and real, reminding everyone that even Bollywood stars enjoy the simplest travel moments with their children.
Saif Ali Khan’s rare candid moment
The second picture featured Saif Ali Khan, sitting outdoors against a scenic mountain backdrop. Dressed casually in a black jacket and sunglasses, Saif was seen holding a notebook and smiling shyly as the camera clicked. Sharing the moment, Kareena joked, “Finally got him to pose and this is what I could manage,” followed by a laughing emoji.
The image instantly went viral, with fans loving the natural chemistry between the couple and their effortless, low-key holiday vibe.
A love story that continues to charm
Kareena and Saif’s love story began back in 2007 on the sets of Tashan. After dating for several years, the two tied the knot in 2012 in an intimate ceremony. They welcomed their first son, Taimur Ali Khan, in 2016, followed by their second son, Jehangir Ali Khan, in 2021. Over the years, the couple has managed to strike a balance between stardom and family life, often giving fans small glimpses of their world together.
What’s next on the work front?
On the professional front, Kareena has recently wrapped up shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s Daayra, an investigative crime thriller that also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran. The makers recently announced the wrap with a special post, calling it a journey filled with hard work and creative collaboration. The film is slated for a 2026 release.
Saif Ali Khan, meanwhile, will next be seen in Haiwaan, directed by Priyadarshan. The film marks his reunion with Akshay Kumar after nearly 17 years and also features Shriya Pilgaonkar and Saiyami Kher. Produced by KVN Productions and Thespian Films, Haiwaan is also set to hit theatres in 2026.
For now, though, it’s clear that Kareena is enjoying the simple joys of travel, family time, and quiet moments, far away from the spotlight.
