Karishma Tanna, who shot to fame with Ekta Kapoor‘s popular daily soap Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, will now be seen in the third installment of the much-celebrated fiction series Naagin. While she has bagged a role as one of the naagins in the upcoming supernatural series Naagin 3, the actress has been approached for yet another supernatural thriller on Star Plus. The actress is all set for a long second innings with her mentor, Ekta Kapoor. If the reports are to be believed, the leggy lass is apparently in the running for the lead female role on Star Plus’s upcoming show. Reportedly, the actress will be starred alongside Vivek Dahiya.

The 17-year-old, who has been garnering a lot of attention due to her stunning pictures on Instagram, was accused of going under the knife as a user commented on one of her pictures that Palak has got a lip-job done as her lips appear to be botoxed. However, the star kid gives back in style. She wrote, “I’m only 17, and not somebody who’s a supporter of changing myself based on what the world May or May not like. Nikitin Dheer, who was seen playing the role of Veer in Star Plus’ Ishqbaaaz, bids goodbye to the show. Recently, there were reports that suggested, the actor’s character will soon be ending on the show. Confirming the same, the actor too had shared an adorable message for his co-actress, Surbhi Chandna, with whom he had shot most of the scenes. The actor, who shot to fame with Shahrukh Khan’s blockbuster ‘Chennai Express’ for his popular charater ‘Tangaballi’, has now shared an emotional parting message and also thanked his fans for their immense love. The actor further added that he is now looking out for positive roles so that he can prove his range as an actor.

Veteran TV And Film Actress Amita Udgata Passes Away Due To Lung Failure
Veteran actress Amita Udgata, who starred as Dadi Bua from the popular TV show, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi (KRPKAB), breathed her last on Monday night in Mumbai, due to lung failure. She was reportedly undergoing treatment in CritiCare Hospital over the last four days and was put on life support. Amita Udgata is best known for her roles in KRPKAB, Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya, Maharana Pratap, Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo and Doli Armaanon Ki. She also worked with Delhi Doordarshan from 1979 to 1990. She is survived by her sons — Ruchin and Rishab Udgata.
