One look at Sooryavanshi star Katrina Kaif‘s flood of videos and pictures from IIFA 2020 press meet and we were instantly reminded of Bollywood fashionista Sonam Kapoor Ahuja‘s sartorial elegance from Malang’s premiere night. As Katrina’s look grabs eyeballs, one cannot overlook the fact that it is a horrible copy of the Rosie Assoulin ensemble that graced Sonam. Taking to her Instagram handle, Katrina shared the pictures featuring her in a black strap dress that ended right below her knees. Apart from being ill-fitted, Katrina’s dress lacked accessorising apart from the sleeves and revealing dress material that Sonam’s attire flaunted. Katrina captioned the pictures, “IIFA time (sic)” and struck sultry poses for the camera. Knocking fans out of breath as she added ooze to oomph at Malang’s premiere, Sonam had flooded the Internet with smoking hot pictures from the event. Sharing bold pictures from the starry night, Sonam set the Internet on fire. Donning a black full-sleeves gown with an extremely plunging neckline and sheer waist, Sonam had left little for the imagination. The luxury dress was by New York designer Rosie Assoulin while the diva was styled, as always, by fashionista sister Rhea Kapoor. Sonam had accessorised her look only with a chain neckpiece and left her hair in soft curls.

Katrina was spotted posing in her dead-straight tresses and while we have often been smitten by her sheer beauty, this IFFA stunt was a big time disappoinment. What do you think?
