In Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, Sonakshi is happy to see that Dev’s mother finally wanted to involve her in Dev’s birthday preparations. For the first time, since her marriage Sonakshi’s opinion was being considered in Ishwari Villa and this brought her in tears. She was happy that people have finally started counting up on her. On the other hand, when she arrives in her room, she notices that Dev has cleaned everything including the cupboard and have kept everything in place perfectly. She wanted Dev to become independent and learn to do his work by himself. Hence, she had requested Ishwari to not help her son for a few days so that he can learn to be independent.
But Dev approaches Ishwari in Sonakshi absence and requests her to take care of his clothes. He couldn’t find a single thing in his cupboard and found it difficult to get ready for work daily. Ishwari happily agrees and offer to secretly help Dev. Sonakshi is surprised to see the transformation in her room after returning home and assumes that Dev did everything on his own. She feels proud of her husband and also appreciates the initiative he took. Sonakshi is happy that Dev proved her right and now he can live independently without his mom’s help. Dev is fearing that Sonakshi might catch him red-handed but still doesn’t reveal the true story fearing that she might not like it.
However, the following day. Sonakshi returns home in between to take her mobile phone which she accidentally left. She notices Dev taking Ishwari’s help to get rid of a stain on his shirt. She also overhears Ishwari telling Dev that she will take care of his cupboard and ensure everything is in place without letting Sonakshi know about it. Sonakshi is shocked and so is Dev to see that he has been exposed. With tears in her eyes, she returns to her room and Dev follows her. She is upset that Dev lied to her and instead of taking her help he went to his mother. They begin to fight and Ishwari notices Sonakshi calling Dev mumma’s boy. Additionally, Dev is going to turn a year old today and Ishwari plans to surprise him at 12 am as he was born at the same time. On the other hand, Sonakshi and Dev has planned a night out to celebrate the birthday together so that Ishwari can get to spend the whole day with the birthday boy. Either of the two are unaware of each other’s plans. In tonight’s episode, you see that Ishwari is making arrangements for Dev’s birthday and Radha Rani as usual is lingering around. She asks Ishwari what is Sonakshi’s plan for the birthday boy to which Ishwari says that she is not aware of anything. Radha Rani poisons her mind saying that Sonakshi would definitely plan something to make Dev feel special. Will Sonakshi and Dev still continue with their plans after the ugly fight?
