In Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi 23 February 2017 episode, Dev (Shaheer Sheikh) tells Baldev that Suhana is indded the most beautiful girl of the world. He tells him that he did not get Suhana with him because when he revealed to her that he is her father, she became completely unresponsive. Ishwari is unable to understand Suhana’s situation. Ishwari is just thinking about herself. Dev tries to tell her that Suhana was too shocked to know the reality and was unable to react and that he doesn’t want to force Suhana into anything. Ishwari tells him how is he forcing, after all he is her father and she is her grandmother. She tells Dev that she really wants to meet Suhana and see her, and if Dev won’t get her, she would herself go and get her. Dev tries to calm Ishwari down and make her understand that it’s been six years that Suhana hasn’t seen anyone of them, how can she accept everyone all of a sudden.
Sonakshi (Erica Fernandes) comes out of Suhana’s room and looks lost. Asha tells Sona to talk to Soha about it but Sona tells her that first she would speak to Dev about it. There, Ishwari tells Baldev that she still cannot understand why is it so difficult to get Suhana to meet them and live with them. Baldev also tries his best to make her understand that she is only thinking about her heart. He asks Ishwari to put herself in Suhana’s shoes for once and also that Dev is her father, he would be more eager to be with Suhana. Ishwari takes out a sweater she had knitted for Dev’s child some six years ago and shoes it to Baldev. She tells Baldev that she has so eagerly for this moment and now when it is right there, she has to wait for no reason. She blames Sonakshi for keeping Suhana away from them for all these years. Sitting in his room, Dev recalls how Suhana said she did not want meet her father because she thinks that if he could not keep her mother happy, he wouldn’t be able to keep her happy as well and how she went numb when he told her the truth. Suddenly, he gets a call from Sonakshi. Dev tells Sonakshi that he would meet her only at the place he decides. Sonakshi agrees. Dev asks her to meet at Dhaula Kuan, when she reaches there, Dev keeps calling her and giving her new directions each time. When Sonakshi finally reaches where Dev is, she questions his behaviour and the way he made her go all around the place. Dev asks her if she now realizes how he feels meeting his own daughter after six years. Dev tells Sonakshi that he would not try to do anything to take Suhana away from her, Suhana would herself come to him. He questions Sonakshi again and again how can she be so heartless and egotistical that she didn’t even think for once before taking his daughter away to Kolkata. He questions her what would have happened if he would have died in that accident and never got to know that he has a daughter. Sonakshi asks him to shut up and says that the problem is that he could never understand her ever, and she did come with Suhana to meet him when Suhana was just six months old but only that he did not meet them. When Dev hears this, he is shocked.
