So finally Dev and Sonakshi have got married in Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi. The high voltage drama surrounding the wedding has come to an end too. The Dixit’s and Bose’s have somehow come together for the alliance. However problems for Dev and Sonakshi have not ended as yet. Buaji is mighty upset with Sonakshi and thinks that her arrival has brought a lot of unhappiness for the family. Besides, the fish that wrongly came as a shagun added to the whole list of problems.
Sonakshi realises that Dev had given approval for having non-veg food at the wedding without consulting Ishwari. Ishwari was always against the arrangement but didn’t mind just for the sake of Dev. Sonakshi felt hurt as everyone blamed her for Ishwari’s condition when she collapsed after starving for long hours. She accused blamed for putting her in such a situation. Dev tries to convince her but Sonakshi refuses to listen. She feels that Ishwari didn’t accept her with an open heart and approved for the marriage only for Dev’s happiness. Even in their first night, Sonakshi doesn’t speak to Dev and sleeps off all alone. Dev feels upset but has no choice.
The next day Sonakshi has to prep up for another ritual which is of great importance for Dev’s family. In the muh dikhai rasam, relatives and friends come home to see how beautiful Dev’s new bride is. But Sonakshi unaware of its significance arrives for the ritual without a pallu on her head. In fact, she being a Bengali has no clue what the ritual was all about. But Radha Rani and Bua Dadi don’t want to leave this chance to humiliate Sonakshi as well. Dadi taunts her saying that she has essence of the ritual with her new stunt. She says there is no point in having the rasam at all as everyone has already seen her face. Ishwari is upset with Sonakshi too. She doesn’t try to stop Buaji as well. Sonakshi has become helpless and has arrived between people who don’t speak for each other. Will Sonakshi manage to handle the situation this time? What will she do next?
