Sonakshi says that Dev made a mistake by firing Ranveer from his job in tonight’s episode of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi. She tells Dev that he must have consulted her once before taking such a huge step. Dev says that he will not consult her for ever decision he needs to take for his family. Sonakshi tries to make him understand that Ranveer was the only bread-winner for his family and now whole of his family will have to suffer. Dev says that anyone who troubles his sister or any of his family member, Dev will make them pay in a similar way. Dev and Sonakshi notice that Neha is waiting outside their room and listening to their conversation. She feels bad that everyone in the family is upset and are facing problems because of her. Dev says that she doesn’t have to worry about Ranveer anymore.
Neha requests Dev that he must return Ranveer his job. She knows that Ranveer’s family is dependent on his income and she doesn’t want them to suffer. She tells her brother that there are kids in Ranveer’s family and she doesn’t want those kids to suffer like they did as child. Dev agrees to her request without asking any questions. Later, at the dining table, Neha apologises to Sonakshi in front of Ishwari and Radha Rani. Neha thinks that Sonakshi might have not like the way Dev agreed to her request and not Soankshi’s. Sonakshi says that she was talking to Dev on a different note and she didn’t mind his reaction towards Neha. Ishwari realises that the conversation is going to next level and tries to change the topic.
She asks Sonakshi if she is going home for Bhai Dhooj. Ishwari also asks Sonakshi to stay for few more days and rest for some days. Dev is searching for some file he cannot find. Sonakshi gives him the file and tries to find a talk to him. A lawyer has come to meet Dev and Sonakshi what is she upto. He asks her to stay away from his sister’s matter as he knows what is best for her. Sonakshi insists on reuniting Ranveer and Neha but Dev refuses to talk on this topic. Nikki has already started missing Sonakshi at home and asks Ishwari when she is going to come back. Ishwari doesn’t like the attention Sonakshi is being given in the family. Sourabh and Elena are happy that Sonakshi is home. Asha notices Sonakshi’s bag and wonders if everything is alright in her family. Sonakshi says that she has come to stay for a few days and everything is fine at home. Dev is waiting for Sonakshi to come back and wonders why is she late. He decides to call her but notices her note pasted on the cupboard. Sonakshi has mentioned in the note that she is going to her mother’s house for a few days and he can solve his family matters in the meanwhile. Dev calls Sonakshi but she doesn’t answer his call. So he calls at Sonakshi’s home which is answered by Elena. Sonakshi refuses to come on call saying that she will call him back later. Everyone notice that Sonakshi and Dev had a fight and start teasing Sona. Dadi also gives her tips to keep husband under control. Dev is getting impulsive in his wife’s absence and decides to bring Sonakshi back at night. He tells Ishwari that Sonakshi has been to her house without informing anyone. But Ishwari informs that she had asked Sonakshi to spend few days with her family and Dev looks at her with surprise. Dev’s sisters start teasing him as he making frowning faces in his wife’s absence. Dev tells mamaji that he will bring back him wife tomorrow evening anyhow.
