In a pleasant surprise, actor Kushal Tandon, known for his work in various TV serials, confirmed that he is dating fellow actor Shivangi Joshi. Earlier, several rumours circulated on the internet suggesting that the two had been dating for a long time after their holiday pictures went viral. Now, in a recent interview, Kushal opened up about his relationship with Shivangi and mentioned that they are “taking things slow” and that marriage could be on the cards.
During an interview with Times of India, the Bigg Boss 7 contestant stated that although he is not getting married right now, he is seeing someone. He added that his parents have finally ended their search for a daughter-in-law. Kushal mentioned that his mother wants him to marry as soon as possible. When asked if he was considering taking his relationship with Shivangi to the next level, Kushal neither confirmed nor denied it.
He continued, “My mother desperately wants to see me married, and if it were up to her, she would get me married right away. And honestly, anything is possible; anything can happen anytime. But the best part is that the search for a suitable girl for me, my parents has stopped now.”
Kushal and Shivangi’s chemistry was loved by the audience. The two were seen together in the Sony TV show Barsatein – Mausam Pyaar Ka. Reports suggest that the duo fell in love on the sets of the show and became inseparable. While Shivangi is yet to respond to the matter, this is the first time Kushal has publicly confirmed that he is dating.
Meanwhile, Shivangi Joshi was previously rumoured to be dating Randeep Rai. The duo worked together in Balika Vadhu 2. However, in December 2022, the actress denied the speculations surrounding their relationship, adding that they are just friends. On the other hand, Kushal was in a relationship with former Bigg Boss winner Gauhar Khan.
