New York, Mar 16: Actress Lindsay Lohan has got the green light to sue the makers of Grand Theft Auto over lookalike in video game. A Manhattan judge denied a bid by the controversial game’s creators to throw out the star’s big buck lawsuit charging they used her image without her permission, reported New York Daily News.

Lohan, 29, sued video game maker Take-Two Interactive Software Inc in 2014, charging that they ripped off her “image, likeness, clothing (and) outfits” for a ditzy character named Lacey Jonas.(Also Read: Lindsay Lohan upset with Jennifer Lawrence)

Jonas not only looked like Lohan, she fled the paparazzi like Lohan, and wore a line of accessories like those that the actress promoted at least two years before the game was released, the “Freaky Friday” star’s lawyers said in court papers.
