Marathi actor Vijay Chawan passes away at the age of 63 on Friday Morning. The renowned stage artist was a versatile actor and a notable figure in the Marathi Industry. He breathed his last at Fortis Hospital in Mumbai after a prolonged lung disease. He was known for his comic roles in the Marathi films. Chavan was known for his films and plays such as Zapatlela, Pachadlele, Mumbaicha Dabewala, and Shrimanta Damodar Panta. His most popular role was Mavshi from his renowned play Moruchi Mavshi.
