Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan left their fans in shock when they announced their divorce in 2013. The couple that had tied the knot on December 20, 2000 in a private ceremony in Bangalore, filed for separation in 2013 and got divorced in 2014 on amicable terms. However, despite parting their ways, they have always remained cordial with each other, spending time with their sons Hrehaan and Hridhaan and taking off on vacations, going out on dinner dates, or even heading for movie together as a family. To say that they have been setting real parenting goals with their camaraderie wouldn’t be a lie. Sussanne even supported Hrithik during his legal battle with Kangana Ranaut. She condoned the actress for spreading lies. Seeing them support each other during their toughest times led us to believe that reconciliation wasn’t far away for the two.
Now recently a report in Deccan Chronicle quoted a close friend of the couple as saying, “Hrithik and Sussanne are working it out. They identified the stress areas in their relationship and are doing their best to work their way around them. Give them time — they will come together again.” However, the report also quoted a member of the Roshan family, dismissing such rumours and saying, “They are done with one another — to even suggest that they can be a couple again is ridiculous. They’ve agreed to meet and spend time together for their children’s sake whenever they feel like it. Beyond their obligation as parents, both Hrithik and Susanne have their own separate lives.”
Sussanne, on her part, has also time and again rubbished rumours of a possible reconciliation. In May 2016, she took to Twitter to appeal to the people to quit speculating. She had written, “I request people to stop speculating. There will never be a reconciliation with @iHrithik.
