The king of remakes, Tanishk Bagchi has done it one more time with his latest release ‘Masakali 2.0’ starring Sidharth Malhotra and Tara Sutaria. The actors, who were seen together in Marjaavaan, are back to set your screens ablaze with their sizzling chemistry. The film is a remake of AR Rahman’s hit rendition from song ‘Masakali’ from the film Delhi-6 starring Abhishek Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor.

In the video, the much-in-love couple gets drenched in the rain and break into a luxurious hotel room and the two enjoy themselves as they romance and enjoy on the foot-tapping number until they are caught by the original occupants.

Their dance moves and signature masakali move will make you also groove to the foot-tapping number.

The track is sung by Tulsi Kumar and Sachet Tandon and the music is recreated by Tanishk Bagchi. On the other hand, the original song is composed by AR Rahman, crooned by Mohit Chauhan and penned by Prasoon Joshi.

Earlier, Tara shared the teaser of the song and wrote, “Back with my Raghu and this time being his Masakali!”

Sidharth and Tara were last seen together in Marjaavaan where Tara plays the role of a mute girl while Sidharth had played a goon. The film also starred Rakul Preet Singh, Riteish Deshmukh in important roles.

Meanwhile, on the work front. Tara is roped Ek Villian 2. On the other hand, Sidharth will be seen in Shershaah as Captain Vikram Batra on the battlefield. Bankrolled by Karan Johar, Shershaah is based on the journey of Captain Vikram Batra. Apart from this, continuing with his league of masala entertainers, actor Sidharth Malhotra is all set to shoot for his next which is a remake of Tamil film Thadam. The original had Arun Vijay playing a double role and in the Hindi version of the film, Sidharth will be stepping into his shoes.
