Many may not know that Sagarika is connected to the royal family of Kagal through her father, Vijaysinh Ghatge. She has been married to celebrated cricketer Zaheer Khan since 2017.
After her debut, Sagarika went on to work in several movies, including Miley Naa Miley Hum, Fox, and Rush. In addition to Hindi films, she has also acted in Marathi and Punjabi movies.
Her most recent film role was in the 2017 movie Irada. She has also appeared in television and web series, with her last acting role being in the telefilm Footfairy (2020). For her performance in Chak De! India, she was honoured with the Screen Award for Best Supporting Actress.
