We are referring to the well-known Kannada actor and producer Radhika Kumaraswamy, who chose to marry former Karnataka chief minister and JDS leader HD Kumaraswamy in 2006. Even while her choice changed her personal life for the better, it permanently damaged her career.

The Kannada film ‘Neela Megha Shama‘ marked Radhika Kumaraswamy’s debut in 2002. At the time of her industry entry, she had just finished her ninth grade. As a lead actor, she starred in two films – ‘Tavarige Baa Tangi,’ starring Shivrajkumar, and ‘Ninagagi,’ opposite Vijay Raghavendra. Even while Radhika ended her successful career for love, both of these films became enormous hits.

He also has a son named Nikhil Gowda, with his first wife.

Radhika is a well-known name in the business world today. She acquired millions after her marriage to the chief minister of Karnataka. While HD Kumaraswamy has assets valued at Rs 181 crore, she is estimated to be worth Rs 124 crore.

Radhika Kumaraswamy addressed the ongoing controversy surrounding the Kerala Hema Committee report and said that she has never experienced sexual harassment in her career in a recent conversation with TV9. She narrated the story of an awkward experience she had in her early days in the industry involving torn stockings. Radhika advised that any incidences of sexual harassment within the profession should be dealt with robust accountability.
