The veteran actor Feroz Khan’s son Fardeen Khan made his debut with ‘Prem Aggan,’ written, directed, and produced by his father in 1998. The movie, nevertheless, was a box office disaster. Several films, including Jungle, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Hum Ho Gaye Aapke, Om Jai Jagadish, Fiza, and Khushi, were released after his debut. However, none of these movies were able to support his career, and he struggled to find box office success until Anees Bazmee’s No Entry opened in 2005.
After a string of unsuccessful Bollywood movies, the actor chose to leave the industry. The actor made his debut on OTT with his portrayal of Wali Mohammed in the ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar.’ Talking about Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix show that takes place in the 1940s, just before independence, and has captured the attention of viewers all over the world. His subsequent attempt to return to the big screen with Khel Khel Mein, however, tanked at the box office. The actor was just seen in Visfot, which was released on Jio Cinema on September 6. The characters of Fardeen Khan and Riteish Deshmukh portray two guys with dissimilar histories who discover their paths cross. The movie tells the tale of two families, one in an opulent high-rise and the other in a Mumbai slum, whose paths unexpectedly intersect.
Fardeen Khan experienced body shaming due to his appearance before his return and dramatic physical transition. When discussing his comeback in an interview with Bollywood Hungama in June, he described himself as ‘thick-skinned’. Remembering his ‘challenging time,’ he said, “It was a revelation of sorts. It was like – ‘Wow, it can go to this extent.’ Of course, it was tough.”
