After working in four films, Suchindra Bali realised that he's isn't meant for acting like his mother. The actor has quit the industry now, and is focusing to grow in the business world.

Vyjayanthimala is renowned for her exceptional acting skills and contributions to Indian cinema with successful films like Sangam and Sadhna. The actress began her journey in Tamil cinema, before making a significant impact in Hindi cinema during the 50s and 60s. Besides her acting prowess, this Padma Vibhushan award winner also received acclaim for her terrific dancing skills.

On the personal front, Vyjayanthimala married Dr Chamanlal Bali, a doctor who came to treat her during an illness while shooing near Dal Lake. The couple embraced parenthood with a son named Suchindra Bali. Like his  mother, Suchindra stepped into the field of entertainment and pursued his career as an actor.

He made his debut in 1999 with the Tamil film Kannodu Kanbathalem. Suchindra had a cameo appearance in the film. However, later on, he appeared in films like Mugavari, Aanch and Ninaithale. After working in four films, he realised that he’s isn’t meant for acting like his mother. So, he decided to step away and disappeared from the world of glitz and glam. Suchindra didn’t achieve much recognition in the industry and couldn’t prove his potential as an actor.

Born in Mumbai and grew up in Chennai, Suchindra studied law at Delhi University, and later on went to Columbia University, US, to pursue his masters. After completing his education, he stepped into the field of modelling and pursued his career in acting. After quitting films, he is reportedly quite active in the business world.

Coming to his personal life, Suchindra has been married to Nandini since 2009. The couple welcomed a child together Swara, in 2011. After her husband’s demise, Vyjayanthimala fought a legal battle for his estates, claiming that they all belong to his son.
