The 12th Mirchi Music Awards happened at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai on Wednesday evening. It was a star-studded event attended by the biggies from the music world namely AR Rahman, Usha Mangeshkar, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shreya Ghoshal, Ila Arun, Bappi Lahiri, Talat Aziz, music composer Anand, Neha Kakkar, Shekhar Ravijani, Neeti Mohan, Bhumi Trivedi, Leslie Lewis, music composer Amar Haldipur, rapper Naezy and Amaal Malik among others. Bollywood, too, registered its presence as Deepika Padukone won the ‘Make It Large’ Award. Taapsee Pannu, Raveena Tandon, Iulia Vantur, Karishma Tanna, Sunny Leone, Adah Khan, Sunil Grover, Urvashi Rautela, Ankita Lokhande, Pranutan Bahl and Varun Sharma among others walked the red carpet in style at the Mirchi Music Awards 2020. While Kalank won big, Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal bagged the major awards for ‘Male Vocalist of The Year’ and ‘Female Vocalist of The Year’ for crooning to Kalank (Title track) and Ghar More Pardesiya (Kalank), respectively.
