There have numerous speculations around Sonam Kapoor’s engagement and wedding to business man beau Anand Ahuja. So much so, that when most of the Kapoor khandaan were spotted at the airport, flying out of Mumbai, we were quick to think of Sonam is finally getting engaged in a far off place. However, it seems like there’s still some time for it. Currently, the actress is at Al Ras Khaiman in the UAE with her siblings Rhea, Harshvardhan, cousin Arjun Kapoor and more at cousin and actor Mohit Marwah’s wedding to his stylist girlfriend Antara Motiwala.
However, the actress just made her relationship with Anand Ahuja official while at the wedding. Yes, you read it right! The boyfriend is a part of the groom’s party as well. There is a video we chanced upon, where Sonam and Anand are seen taking a walk at the beach this morning, after a crazy night of music and dancing at the #AntuMoh sangeet ceremony. Anand’s presence at the family do is proof that he is not just acquainted to Sonam’s immediate family, but with her entire khandaan and that the relationship is quite out in the open. Word around town says that the couple is all set to tie the knot this year. The families are currently mulling over where to host the wedding. While it is undecided if the destination will be in India or abroad, what is certain is that it will be a grand Punjabi affair and a Big Fat Bollywood Wedding in every aspect. We can’t wait for Sonam to take her relationship to the next level and give us some couple goals. Perhaps, being at her Veere Di Wedding (Mohit Marwah), her heartstrings will be tugged as well.
