Actor Narendra Jha, who was seen in a number of films both in Hindi and regional languages, passed away due to a sudden heart attack at his farmhouse in Nanegaon, Nasik on Wednesday (March 14). The 55-year-old’s medical treatment was going on in Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. Well, this was the third attack that he has had over the years. A prayer meeting was held here on Sunday for the Bollywood actor Narendra Jha with many personalities from the industry in attendance. From filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, actor K.K. Menon, Raza Murad, Mohit Raina, Sushant Singh, Amit Behal, Neetu Chandra, Manoj Joshi among many others were present there at the meet at the ISKCON complex in Juhu. Narendra Jha worked with iconic filmmakers like Shyam Benegal in the film “Neta Ji Shubhash Chandra Bose, The Last Hero” and one of his play “Samvidhaan” where Narendra played the character of Mohammed Ali Jinnah. He was signed up for the upcoming Salman Khan starrer “Race 3” among other projects. Jha, who acted in films like “Haider”, “Raees”, “Mohenjo Daro”, “Kaabil” among others, was working in a film with Sangram Singh, which is yet to release. Jha was also a part of Prabhas-Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho. Born in Madhubani, Bihar, Narendra Jha began his small screen journey with Mandira Bedi’s Shanti and went on to model in TV ads. He became a known face with shows like Begusarai, Ek Ghar Banaunga, Supercops vs Supervillains and others.
