We recently saw Sayani Gupta in Akshay Kumar starrer Jolly LLB 2. The court room drama which heading towards the 100 crore club, had an eminent and impressive role of this young actress Sayani Gupta. Sayani who made a mark through the critically acclaimed film Margarita With a straw where she played a blind friend to the character of Kalki Koechlin. Now we all know that Oscars 2017 is just at the edge and people are desperately waiting to know who bags the best film award this time in the academy awards. While most of them are choosing La La Land for it, Sayani Gupta thinks different! She recently EXCLUSIVELY told India.com, her choice for Oscars 2017!

When asked what was her choice for Oscar 2017, we expected to say La La Land just like others. But no! She surprised us with a different answer! Sayani Gupta feels that Moonlight should win the Oscars this year! She quickly added that La La Land is also a wonderful film. Of course not to forget that Moonlight has got whopping 8 Oscar nominations for categories of Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Adapted Screenplay. Moonlight is just close to La La Land and we are sure that it must be wonderful just as the latter one.

Meanwhile, we will see Sayani Gupta in films like Jagga Jasoos and Hungry. While we all know that Jagga Jasoos is a fun film, Sayani also promises us a different experience altogether that we are going to get through the film. She will also be seen in a film called Hungry with gems like Naseeruddin Shah and Tisca Chopra.  (ALSO READ: Whoa!
