Ouch! Katrina Kaif was royally ignored by ex-Ranbir Kapoor’s family at Manish Malhotra’s birthday bash

Katrina Kaif has been topping headlines since quite some time. Be it onscreen or off screen, Kat’s relationship with her co-stars has always been talked. From the beginning of this year her breakup with Ranbir Kapoor has remained in limelight. However, the two actors have sealed their lips on this issue and do not discuss about it. Even when Ranbir and Katrina were very much in love and were set to take their relationship to next level, the Kapoor khandaan were not fond of the beauty. The cold vibes between Ranbir’s parents and Katrina was out in the open and something on similar lines has happened once again at Manish Malhotra’s 50th birthday bash.

Ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s birthday bash hosted by Karan Johar at Taj Lands End in Bandra brought the who’s who of B-town under one roof and that was a visual treat to see all these stars together. There pictures from the grand celebration flooding on social media platform and we could see some new bonding and also some royal ignorance happening. After BFFs Karan Johar and Kajol clashed at the party and refused to bond like they once did, the next in queue was Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor’s family which included parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh and his cousin sisters Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

This was bound to happen right? So the report in Spotboye states that neither Ranbir Kapoor’s parents gave Katrina Kaif a warm treatment nor the Ms. Kaif went ahead to greet them. We are sure that would have been an awkward moment. A source revealed to the entertainment website, “Rishi & Neetu came close to Katrina, but both parties looked through each other. It was a very awkward moment.” When Ranbir and Katrina were serious about each other, the handsome hunk moved out of his parent’s house and lived with his then ladylove for about a year. Not just that, the report also states that when Karan Johar tried to make Katrina Kaif feel comfortable with the popular gang of girls – Malaika Arora, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora, things turned ugly. On meeting Bebo, Katrina did congratulate and hugged the soon-to-be mommy but sadly, she was left all alone after that.
