PadMan Box Office Collection Day 10: Akshay Kumar-Radhika Apte Starrer Rakes In Rs 71.90 Crore

Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte starrer PadMan, which released on January 9, 2018, didn’t see a great start on its opening day but has slowly started to mint at the box office. While the film had opened to Rs 10.26 crore, it made a jump of 35% on the second day, taking the collections to about Rs 13.50 crore at the domestic market. Now, Padman has pocketed a little over Rs. 70 crore in the second week of its release.

According to reports, Akshay Kumar’s latest outing has earned Rs 3.78 crore yesterday and the ten-day collections of ‘PadMan’, stands with the grand total of Rs 71.90 at the domestic market.  Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to his social media handle to share the official collection of the film, he wrote, #PadMan declined considerably in Weekend 2… Entry into the ₹ 100 cr Club is ruled out, as per current trending… [Week 2] Fri 2.10 cr, Sat 3.15 cr, Sun 3.78 cr. Written and helmed by R Balki and bankrolled by Twinkle Khanna under her home banner Mrs Funnybones Productions, the comedy-drama PadMan is a biopic on Arunachalam Muruganantham, who became a household name after inventing low-cost sanitary napkin making machines.
