Pakistani Singer Atif Aslam is a popular name. He has crooned many songs that turned out to be big hits and is no stranger to the limelight in India. Thus, when he got the opportunity to sing at the Independence Day Parade in New York, he chose some of his popular Bollywood songs. The singer crooned Tera Hone Laga Hoon, which was from the film Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani that featured Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in pivotal roles. However, this didn’t go down well with Pakistani fans, who slammed him for singing Bollywood songs.

After becoming a popular name in Pakistan, Atif started his singing journey in India. He was loved by the audience and his songs became the chartbusters. Lately, he crooned Selfish from Salman Khan starrer Race 3. Before that, his song, Dil Diyan Gallan also became a big hit.
