New Delhi, July 15: Looks like Parineeti Chopra and new sensation Diljit Dosanjh are flying high, as far as their career is concerned. According to Filmfare, word has it that the remake of ’80s laugh riot ‘Chameli Ki Shaadi’ will now reportedly feature Parineeti and Diljit.
The original one was directed by Basu Chatterjee in 1986 featuring Amrita Singh and Anil Kapoor. It is also reported that this movie will be directed by Rohit Jugraj and Phantom films will be producing it. (ALSO READ: Anushka Sharma & Diljit Dosanjh wrap up Phillauri shoot)
The 27-year-old actress, who is now filming ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu,’ will also be seen in Homi Adjania’s next flick ‘Takadum’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.’
On other hand, Diljit made his foot strong in the B-Town with his debut Bollywood flick ‘Udta Punjab.’ He will also be seen opposite Anushka Sharma in ‘Phillauri,’ set to release next year.
