Indian Idol 9 was a tremendously energetic journey. Since the auditions, one person that kept the audience hooked up to their television sets was L V Revanth. As the season progressed, it was almost predictable that L V Revanth would win the competition and it did! Judges Anu Malik, Sonu Nigam and Farah Khan always appreciated him as he sang all songs aptly despite not knowing Hindi language. But did you know that L V Revanth had inhibitions about his lack of knowing the language. Infact he was also made fun of because of this! The rockstar of Indian Idol 9, L V Revanth told The Hindu, ” Every time I went for the auditions, people made fun of my Hindi. I took each and every positive and negative comment as a feedback, but never let them pull me down. Winning this title is like a dream and a great achievement for me.” He then also shared, how he decided to cope up with this. The amount of efforts he has taken to reach the finals is indeed laud- worthy! He told that he wrote the lyrics of the song in English, memorised it thoroughly seeping in every word and its meaning! Talking about his further plans, he revealed, “For the next three months, my whole focus will be to learn Hindi language. My ultimate goal is to rock Bollywood.” He has also sung the title track of ‘Sabse Bada Kalakar’ that will air at the same time as that of Indian Idol 9 did! We hope that Revanth soon makes a debut in Bollywood!
