Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been spotted making rounds of the Lilavati Hospital lately. While she is busy juggling her work, duties as a mommy to Aaradhya as she is taking care of her ailing dad Krishnaraj Rai, her hubby Abhishek is seen constantly by her side, Being a source of strength. While last night we got to know that her dad’s condition worsened after the doctors put him on the ventilator. The 43-year-old actress seems extremely tensed as she is waiting for her dad to recuperate.
Her publicist confirmed this news and told a portal, “Yes, Aishwarya’s dad is in a critical condition and is on the ventilator now. Close family members from all over have rushed to Mumbai to be with the family in these difficult times. We are praying for the best.” Abhi came all the way down from Dubai to be with his wife. A source to couple told media, ““Yes he has been in hospital for nearly two weeks. Aishwarya is taking care of him despite her being alone as Abhishek was in New York for work. He just got back. Recently at Aaradhya’s sports day, Aishwarya was seen cheering for the kids and her own daughter too. Well, last night Ash seemed extremely inconsolable as her friends from the industry dropped in to pay her ailing dad a visit. In the pics sent to us, she is seen hugging her old friend Mickey Contractor as he is trying to console her. Amitabh Bachchan too made starry presence at the hospital.
