Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter on Thursday to extend his good wishes and gratitude to actor Anupam Kher‘s mother. The actor had uploaded a video on social media, tagging Modi, telling him that his mother is quite concerned about the PM’s health and is wondering who would be taking care of him in these tough times when the country is trying to combat the growing coronavirus pandemic. Modi replied to the same tweet made by Kher and mentioned that these blessings and concerns are what gives him the strength to work better and with more zeal every day. While sharing the clip of his mother talking about Modi, Kher wrote, “आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री
@narendramodi ji!! देश भर की माताओं की तरह मेरी माँ भी आपके स्वास्थ्य को लेकर चिंतित है। कह रही है आप 130 करोड़ देशवासियों के लिए परेशान है। लेकिन आपका ख़्याल कौन रख रहा है। ये बोलते बोलते माँ रुआंसी भी हुई। Please take care. हम सब भी हाथ जोड़ रहे है। 🙏🙏🙏” (sic) (Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, Like other mothers in the country, even my mother is concerned about your health. Modi, who recently announced a nationwide lockdown to fight COVID-19, replied to Kher’s tweet with an equally heartfelt post. He re-posted the tweet and wrote, “इन माताओं का आशीर्वाद ही मेरे लिए प्रेरणा और काम करने की ऊर्जा है। इस शुभकामना के लिए  @AnupamPKher जी कृपया अपनी माताजी को मेरा धन्यवाद कहिएगा।” (sic) – (It is because of the blessings of these mothers that I feel inspired and has energy to work. Bollywood celebs have hailed Modi for his decision of announcing a lockdown in his latest address to the nation. Anupam Kher, Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Taapsee Pannu, Kangana Ranaut and Sonam Kapoor among others requested people to stay inside and stay safe.
