Popular actor Prabhas, who has returned from Europe a few days ago, took to Instagram to share that he has gone into self-quarantine and is spending time at home now. Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Prabhas wrote, “On safely returning from my shoot abroad, in light of increasing risks of COVID-19, I have decided to self-quarantine. Hope you all are also taking the necessary precautions to be safe.”
On the work front, Prabhas has recently wrapped up the shoot Prabhas 20 in Europe. The film, co-starring Pooja Hegde has been helmed by director Radha Krishna Kumar and has been backed by UV Creations and Gopikrishna Movies. It is a high-budget romantic drama which is slated to hit the silver screens by the end of 2020 and is one of the most anticipated films of this year. The music of Prabhas 20 has been given by none other than Amit Trivedi.
The deadly coronavirus outbreak has killed more than 11,000 people globally and has infected over 2 lakh people. While the number of infected cases are higher in China and Italy, India too has reported over 250 confirmed cases of coronavirus with 4 deaths reported.
The shoot and release date of many movies has been postponed as everyone has been advised to stay indoors and therefore movie theaters are shut as per government orders.
The worst hit countries from the virus are Italy and China.
