Malayalam actress Priya Prakash Varrier has become an internet sensation after a clip from the newly-released song Manikya Malaraya Poovi from her debut Malayalam film ‘Oru Adaar Love’ went viral. She gained about 606K followers on Instagram within a day and now it’s been a week, her wink stole the show and she crossed about 4.5 Million followers on Instagram which is more than the Facebook Co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, whose company also owns the photo-sharing app! Zuckerberg currently has 4 Million followers on the platform.

The video clip which made her overnight star, shows Priya dressed in school uniform, winking at a fellow student, who, like social media, is instantly floored. The viral song has gained more than 36 Million song views since its release on YouTube. Priya is a B.Com. student and interestingly, her Instagram handle has the precious blue tick mark meaning, it has been verified. Her family is happy for her success but are still getting used to the attention.
