“Priyanka Chopra is The Biggest Thing in India,” Says Sister-in-Law Sophie Turner

Bollywood actor and global icon Priyanka Chopra's sister-in-law and Game Of Thrones star Sophie Turner was all-praise for PeeCee in her latest interview and said that she is the biggest thing in India currently.

Priyanka Chopra is surely one of the most celebrated actors in India and her sister-in-law Sophie Turner agrees! While showering praises on PeeCee in a recent interview with a leading daily, Sophie said Priyanka is currently the biggest thing in India. She also talked about how she has found two girlfriends in both her sisters-in-law — Priyanka Chopra and Danielle Jonas.

Talking about how Priyanka is a star with a lot of experience, Turner said, “With Pri, especially, it’s kind of crazy. You have to remind yourself that she’s basically had a 20-year career in Bollywood already. She’s like the biggest thing in India right now,” she said. Sophie also mentioned the craze behind Priyanka in India. “When we went there for her and Nick’s wedding, we were treated like royalty. They worship her over there.”

Priyanka Chopra, who is the ultimate desi girl of Bollywood and now a global star, got hitched to American singer-actor Nick Jonas in 2018 in a grand wedding in Jodhpur. The marriage was attended by Sophie Turner with her hubby Joe Jonas and they had a gala time which was obvious by there photos and videos.

Even though Priyanka and Sophie don’t stay in the same house, they stay close by and share a very special bond, talking about which Sophie said, “It’s kinda crazy. But she’s just the nicest person, and they live, like, 10 minutes away. And even though Kevin and Danielle live in New Jersey, we see them all the time. It’s like we’re all one big family because the boys are best friends.”

Sophie Turner shot to fame after playing the role of Sansa Stark in American television drama Game Of Thrones. She was highly acknowledged for her performance in the drama series and has a huge fan base across the world.
