Priyanka Chopra's 'moment of pride'

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra had her ‘moment of pride’ when a road in Andheri, Mumbai was named after her late father, Dr. Ashok Chopra. The street is now named Lt Col Ashok Chopra Marg.

PeeCee, who has been extremely busy working on Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do, took time out from her busy schedule and flew down to Mumbai especially for this event. During the inauguration of the newly named street, the Bollywood star expressed her gratitude by saying that it was indeed a moment of pride for her entire family to have a street named after her beloved father. The inauguration was done on the first death anniversary of her father (June 10) by Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackray. PeeCee’s mother, Madhu Chopra, and the actress’ brother Siddharth Chopra were also present at the event.

However, it has been reported that the entire event created a lot of nuisance and too much chaos for people staying nearby.
