Priyanka Chopra's Quantico Not To Return With Season 4 But This Is Good News For Her Fans In Bollywood

Priyanka Chopra’s Quantico 3 returned on the small screens on April 26 and the actress has been winning hearts once again with her Alex Parrish. She is sassier, sexier and more sensual than the previous two season. However, the news about the show not returning for a fourth season has dampened spirits. According to a report on Variety, Priyanka’s Quantico 4 has been cancelled. But you would be wrong to think that the decision comes as a result of Quantico 3 dismal performance on the TRP charts. The crime drama series in fact attracted a viewership of 2.3 million which is pretty decent.

The channel has taken a decision to axe a few shows and cancel their next seasons and PeeCee’s Quantico is one among them. However, this isn’t a bad news entirely. If you may recall, we had informed you earlier how Priyanka’s decision to star in a Bollywood film depended on the makers of Quantico. It was said, that the actress is waiting for clarity on Quantico 4 so that she can make her Bollywood comeback plans accordingly. The renewal of a new season would have meant that the Baywatch actress wouldn’t have time for Bollywood films. So when she signed Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat opposite Salman Khan, we wondered if Quantico 4 has been shelved. And now the news is out.

This only means that Bharat will not be the only Hindi film for Priyanka Chopra until she heads to Hollywood again. She might stay back for some time and do a couple more films in India, before she heads back to NYC. The actress had already revealed how she has been offered a number of roles and she loved three of them a lot. Bharat is one of them, and she had two more stories she has her heart on and now, will also have time to shoot for them. We cannot wait! Yes, you can thank us later for showing you the brighter side of this whole scenario.
