Now, it is highly unlikely for two film, both starring Akshay to clash with each other. If you may recall, even though Padman was ready for release, Akshay didn’t come out with a release date since 2.0 was initially set for a Republic Day 2018 release. Once the makers of the Rajinikanth film postponed the release of their film, Akshay announced Padman for January 26. That means that Diwali release may seem more suitable. However, a box office clash with an Aamir Khan film will not be a wise decision. The two films will inevitably eat into each other’s business and this should be avoided.
