It’s a great day for Rajinikanth fans. Makers of Kaala Karikaalan have officially let the cat out of the bag. South Megastar, Rajinikanth’s gangsta film is all slated to release on April 27 and we cannot keep calm. Thus if you’re sad about 2.0 not releasing this summer owing to delays, worry not as you’ll be able to see your favourite star on screen in Kaala Karikaalan. Both the films are reportedly marketed by Lyca. We hope this release date doesn’t cause a problem to the others. For the uninitiated, the last time the makers of 2.0 had decided to release their film on April 27, producers of the Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun’s upcoming films didn’t take it to well and were certain that their films would release on that day itself. However, now with Kaala in the picture, seems like the producers of the other two films are back to square one as no one can beat Thalaiva at the Box Office. Meanwhile, seems like Rajinikanth- Akshay Kumar-Amy Jackson starrer, 2.0, the much awaited sci-fi film of the year has been pushed further. While the reasons for the same are unknown, reports cite incomplete CG work as the reason behind it. The film will have Akshay play a negative role on screen for the first time and fans can’t wait to see him in that avatar. The film is being made in 3d. The makers have invested a lot of money on the film and it’s publicity and marketing to give the audiences an out of the world experience with impeccable stunt sequences sort of like the ones one gets to see in Hollywood films.
