Rakhi Sawant’s Ex-Husband Says She Has Been Diagnosed With Tumour, Doctors Suspect Cancer; Asks Fans To Pray For Recovery

Actor Rakhi Sawant has been hospitalised. The news was confirmed by her ex-husband, Ritesh. He made a media appearance where he revealed that Rakhi is in critical condition and also asked her fans to pray for her. Now, in another interview with News18, Ritesh revealed that Rakhi has been diagnosed with a tumor in her uterus after a couple of tests were performed. He further added that doctors are suspecting that the actor has cancer. Reports of Rakhi Sawant’s hospitalisation surfaced online after pictures emerged showing her resting in a hospital bed. The photos captured Rakhi with an intravenous cannula (IV drip) inserted in her hand, which fueled public worry about her health.

“She was admitted to the hospital last night after she complained of chest pain. Doctors are looking after her. They have discovered a tumour in her uterus. She had pain in her stomach too. Doctors have suspected that it might be cancer. Tests are being done. Doctors have proposed a surgery but they want to check first if it is cancer or not,” Ritesh told News18.

In an earlier interaction with media, Ritesh asked netizens to pray for Rakhi’s recovery. Speaking to the media, Ritesh said, “Yeh koi joke ka mudda nahi hai. Rakhi ne apni ek aise image bana li hai jisme logo ko lagta hai drama hai. Main bahut blunt hu. Main apko seedha bolunga. Rakhi agar critical mein hain, toh critical mein hain. Bhediya aya wala kahaani uske saath humesha repeat hota hai. Jab bhediya sach mein aata hai toh uske baaton pe koi yakeen nahi karta hai. Yaha pe scene wahi huya hai.”

He further added, “Abhi jab toh sach mein critical hai toh adhe logo ko lagta hai ke woh controversy kar rahi hai, adhe logo ko lagta hai natak kar rahi hai. Jo log dil se usne jante hai, uske liye wish karein, pray karein. Jaldi hee woh recover ho jayegi (This is not a matter of joke.
