Ranbir Kapoor spotted hanging out with rival Imran Khan! See picture

Yup! Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan were spotted hanging out with each other at friend Chef Gresham's party. The photo was shared by Imran on social media.

Bollywood does not surprise us any more! On the one hand, there’s a big fat wedding of actress Bipasha Basu and actor Karan Singh Grover taking place on Saturday, April 29. On the other, there is the on-going Hrithik Roshan-Kangana Ranaut war over who is besotted with whom and who troubled whom. Amid all this, the big break-up between Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif also happened (and quite unexpectedly). And so, the man is now left alone! Not only is Ranbir bonding with his buddies, but also looks keen to patch-up with old friends-turned-rivals like actor Imran Khan!

Yup! Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan were spotted hanging out with each other at friend Chef Gresham’s party. The photo was shared by Imran who was accompanied by his wife Avantika at the bash. Restaurateur Riyaz Amlani is also seen in the picture. Imran and Avantika are both in a happy space, with their daughter Imara in their life now. Imran looks least bothered with his career. But what saddens us looking at the picture is that Ranbir looks down and out, as if his mind is somewhere else (thinking of Katrina Kaif, perhaps?).

Ranbir and Imran could have been the new Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan, as they once hosted the Filmfare Awards night together like the two Khans. But they were not a patch on the Khans, neither their friendship.

While Ranbir Kapoor’s debut film Saawariya (2007) was not a hit and he became popular only in his later films, for Imran it was quite the opposite. His debut Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na (2008) was a superhit and his subsequent movies were either good or average. But right now, Ranbir is in a bad phase of his personal and professional life while Imran seems content. We hope their friendship is rekindled and may it do good to both of them!
